Terms of Use
These terms govern your access to and use of QTradie Training, the online trade-course marketplace at training.qtradie.com (the “Service”), operated by QTradie. By creating an account or purchasing a course, you agree to these terms.
1. Who can use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it up to date. The Service is offered to users in Australia and is intended for trade and vocational learning purposes.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at support@qtradie.com if you suspect any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
3. Purchases and lifetime access
Courses are sold as a one-time purchase in Australian dollars (AUD), inclusive of GST where applicable. Payment is processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Once you complete a purchase, you receive lifetime access to that course for as long as the Service remains available and your account is in good standing. Lifetime access does not guarantee that any individual course will remain published indefinitely, but we will give reasonable notice before removing content you have purchased.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute course content; not to download, copy, or record videos except as expressly permitted; and not to circumvent any access controls or digital rights protections. You may not use the Service to break the law, infringe intellectual property, or interfere with its operation or security. Course access is granted to you personally and is not transferable.
5. Provider content disclaimer
Courses on the Service are created and supplied by independent training providers. QTradie hosts and distributes this content but does not author it and does not warrant that any course is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose. Course content is general in nature and is not a substitute for licensed, accredited, or regulated training, professional advice, or any certification required to perform trade work lawfully. Always confirm your obligations with the relevant licensing or regulatory authority.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, the Service is provided “as is” and QTradie is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service or any course. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited to resupplying the relevant course or refunding the amount you paid for it.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the state or territory of [State/Territory placeholder]. You and QTradie submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state or territory.
